Christmas Gift family shoot

Elycia wanted to have some photos taken of her and her siblings as a Christmas gift for her mother. Luckily,  It was a surprisingly nice day and I think the photos turned out great.  

Camping with friends

I went camping with a few friends this weekend. I took a few photos, but not as many as I should have..... It was really cold..... I'm a wimp. It snowed a little while we were there and made for a great background. Enjoy.

Jamie and Jordan

Bridals/Groomals (post-marriage)

This couple has been married for about a year and Jamie was dying to get some more use out of her beautiful wedding dress. We wanted to get some more unique bridal photos and add Jordan in for some "groomals." We started with a traditional garden setting and were able to get some fun shots. We then moved to the lake and tried something new. I hope you enjoy looking at the photos as much as I did taking them.

Chip and Elycia

This was a super fun photo shoot! Both Chip and Elycia wanted to get some unique engagement photos and Elycia was looking to show her personality in her bridal photos. In order to make these pictures really fun and personal for them, we tried to include things in the pictures that show who they are. Elycia LOVES dancing and really wanted that to come through in some of the pictures. Chip loves cars (im sure he loves dancing with Elycia too) and happened to bring along a great example that shows what he loves. All in all, this was a hoot. I love photos that show personality!

Here are Corey and Debi, a great couple that I had the opportunity to work with this past month. Corey and Debi were both so fun and were both willing to walk all over down town Salt Lake in order to get some awesome wedding day photos. Congratulations to the two newly weds, you look great together.

Well I seem to have waited long enough to make another post. The last few months have been crazy and I haven't been shooting nearly as much as I would like. One reason I have been so busy lately can be seen in the photo below, a beautiful girl.


This was our weekend out at the Salt Flats for speed week.
The bug is my brothers, it set a new world record during the weekend, 103 mph (no joke).
