Ducati Monster!
Although I had never taken pictures of a motorcycle before, when I was asked to photograph a Ducati Monster I couldn't pass up the opportunity. For those of you who don't know, Ducati is an Italian motorcycle maker and are, in my mind, the equivalent of the Ferrari of motorcycles. This shoot was a bit of a challenge because of lighting (or lack of it I guess), and because of my lack of experience shooting bikes. I hope that you like them.

A bit of an update...... 2 Porsche's
Ok, I haven't updated this in a long time. I will be trying to add a few more updates in the near future. Sorry for the major delay. These pictures are some of the latest car pictures that I have taken. The white Porsche is a 1995 911 and the silver Porsche is a 1964 356. I hope you like them.

Ferrari Testarossa Photo Shoot
Its red, its fast, and its Italian. It a Ferrari Testarossa. I had a really fun photo shoot with this car a few weekends ago and all that I can say is wow. I thought the car looked great against the mountain background and I think it looks very at home on twisty mountain roads. I wish that the pictures could echo the sound that this beautiful car made as it blasted up the street, but you will just have to take my word for it, it sounded AMAZING! Enjoy.

Automotive Photography Take 2. Corvette Z06
Since the last car shoot, I have been excited to try again and work on gaining more experience. When I was given the opportunity a little while ago to take pictures of this great looking car, I couldn't say no. This photo shoot was done as a surprise for the owner. His family wanted to get some cool pictures taken of the car and have them hung in his office. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to learn more about this aspect of photography. I discovered that black cars are MUCH HARDER to photograph than white cars. I had to take a whole new approach to lighting this car. Although not every shot turned out like I had envisioned, I think that the end results turned out great.
This was the final collage that was printed for the owner. I like it.

Something New: Automotive Photography
Anybody who knows me, knows that I am completely obsessed with cars. I love everything about cars. From driving them, to working on them. I have dabbled in car photography over the years, but I have never done it enough to feel comfortable with it. I have decided recently that I would like to become more proficient in this type of photography. These past few weeks I have been arranging shoots with various people and their cars in order to give me a chance to practice up on my skills. Cars tend to be difficult subjects because of the tendancy that they have of reflecting everything in sight. They act like a giant, odd shaped mirror. I found out quite quickly that light can be a good friend or a worst enemy when shooting cars. I had the best luck shooting this Cobalt when it was in the shade (or when the clouds covered the sun). I really like how these turned out and I need to thank Jc for bringing his super clean 2010 Chevy Cobalt SS out on this rainy day.

Cadence Take 2
Well I had the chance to do another photo shoot this past weekend with one of my favorite and most attractive models. Cadence was stunning as usual, although we did have to wipe the drool off her cute little face from time to time. Enjoy
